3 Buildings add 185 units right next to Highway 20 and Lemmon Rd.
Bluffview will sit on a Tetris piece site across a creek from the Dallas Love Field Airport. Its neighbors are a Chick-fil-a, apartments, and an Italian restaurant. The project went through CPC with a breeze after a short presentation from the land use consultant Rob Baldwin.
Bluffview falls in District 13. 2019-2022 approvals in this district:
Urban Genesis is a Texas triangle developer with projects in Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. UG develops Co-ops as well as apartments, with 4 Co-op developments around Houston.

36 duplexes get the green light in an R7.5 neighborhood. But it's not just SFR homes - this housing will support the students of Paul Quinn College.

One of these subdivisions sparked a discussion about whether to encourage density in an sfr neighborhood. It is covered below.

Felicia Adams split two of her lots into 4. These were two separate lots, but we are grouping them together because the comments carried over.
It comes in the middle of an SFR neighborhood, and that was a point of contention. The board was a 4-3 split, and they eventually decided to encourage density in this area.
