There are 324 Units going up right under Mountain Creek Lake. With close to double the number of units in parking stalls - 594 new stalls at a ratio of 1.83.
This mega project will spread those units over 14 buildings. It will also include a clubhouse.
Paragon Townhomes
Joppa | 0.52 Acres
This project will build townhomes on a site surrounded by single-family residential, vacant commercial, and a railroad yard.
This area has had 4 zoning requests in the last 5 years.

Merrifield Development
Denied | Southwest Dallas | 175 Acres | 432 Apartments
This project proposed part multifamily and part warehouse. After 2.5 hrs of deliberation, an almost split vote denied this project.
The Capella Park HOA sits across the road. They were successful in fighting off this project by citing industrial trucks and their noise as a nuisance on their street.


There were 75 lots created with the approval of this consent agenda.
